Rejuvenation is now trained at level 3, down from level 8. In addition, its mana cost is now 20% of base mana.
Confused, is this a buff or a nerf?
before it was 26%. then hotfixed to 16% (what ur using now). its now goin back up to 20%.
so...overbuff to just buff.
I wish they would hotfix this.
