Well that can only happenin ToL form so maybe and they are nerfing the duration in the patch so who knows. In any case I think one you have your 4 pc set runing out of mana wont be that big of an issue.
4 pieces: Whenever you have Lifebloom stacked to its maximum of 3 applications on its target, you gain 540 Spirit.
I'm going to ahead and assume that it wouldn't stack more than once even if you're in TOL form...would seem OP if it did
